There are two boats in between Mwanza and Bukoba. The night ferry and the fastboat. The Night Ferryboat leaves Bukoba on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9.30 pm (after the horn sounds twice) and shows up in Mwanza the next morning around 8 am.
I have chosen Spain - Algeciras to be exact. In truth an incredibly long journey of almost 3000 kilometres, probably taking numerous days to get there, however in a virtual tour anything is possible! Another advantage of going by Eurostar is that we can take our family pets with us without inconvenience. Our dogs are not utilized to being alone and they can stick with us on the automobile if we go by train. If we take the ferry travel, we are supposed to put them in an ignored, dark cage in the hold. Even on a short crossing, this would trigger them serious upset.
